Growth Intern

Overview

The Growth Intern will work part-time with the team on targeted projects across marketing, research, and outreach to support adoption of ToluAI's predictive analytics platform. This role focuses on discrete, high-impact tasks rather than day-to-day operational work.

Responsibilities

• Researching industries, customers, and use cases
• Identifying potential leads and partnership opportunities
• Helping draft outreach messaging and marketing materials
• Maintaining organized notes on conversations and opportunities

Assist with growth insights and feedback

• Tracking engagement and basic performance metrics
• Summarizing user or prospect feedback
• Highlighting trends or ideas worth exploring

Support brand and awareness efforts

• Occasional social or content contributions
• Market research on competitors and positioning
• Helping prepare materials for demos or conversations

Qualifications

• Interest in startups, AI, or enterprise technology
• Preferred experience in finance, marketing, startups, tech
• Strong written communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
